Regulations of the AmCar Parts online store

The AmCar Parts store is run by amcarparts Michał Świderski, 1 Sowińskiego Street, 05-402 Otwock, NIP 5322001746, REGON 147352239. Contact: contact@amcarparts.pl.

1. Zamowienia

1. Orders can be placed through the website 7 days a week.
2. Before the processing, the store can confirm the compatibility of the product with the car based on the vehicle's data or VIN.
3. Product information is an invitation to conclude a contract, not an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.

2. Prices and payments

1. Prices in the store are gross prices in PLN, unless otherwise indicated for the product.
2. Available payment methods: bank transfer, paynow, PayPal and cash on delivery, depending on the active store configuration.
3. The execution of an order paid in advance begins after the payment has been credited or the payment has been confirmed by the operator.

3. Delivery

1. Available delivery methods include InPost parcel locker, courier, personal collection and international shipping after individual confirmation.
2. The delivery cost is added to the shopping cart before the order is shipped.

4. Returns and complaints

1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
2. Complaints may be submitted to the following address: contact@amcarparts.pl.
3. The store responds to complaints within 14 calendar days.
