Returns and complaints

If the product does not fit or you wish to withdraw from the purchase, contact us at contact@amcarparts.pl.

Returns:
- Consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
- The product should be returned without deterioration beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
- Refunds are processed in accordance with applicable law.

Complaints:
- Send complaints to contact@amcarparts.pl.
- Include the order number, your contact details and a description of the issue.
- Attach photos of the product or packaging if they help us assess the case.
- We will respond within 14 calendar days.
